The parishes of Offord Cluny and Offord Darcy have an ancient and interesting history.
“The Offords Revisited”
Much of the history has been included in the book “The Offords
Revisited” which was a village Millennium Project, inspired by the book “Two Parishes,
One Village” published by Primary School teachers and children in 1951.
A few copies remain unsold. If you would like a copy please see “Offords Revisited”
Offords Local History Society
One of the intentions of the team who produced the book
was to continue with local history research. Michael Barimore is looking for people
of the village eager to take the project forward.

Both Huntingdonshire FHS and Genuki sites imply that Monumental Inscription
records (i.e. Gravestones) for both Offord parishes are avialable on microfiche.
